These terms apply to quotes and work supplied by Master Roofing & Home Maintenance. Any specific written quote or agreement we give you also forms part of these terms.

Online calculator

Our online calculator gives an indicative price range only. It is not a quote. The actual price depends on a proper survey of your property and the exact work needed.

Quotes and estimates

A fixed price is only given in writing after a free site survey. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. An estimate may change if the work turns out to be different from what could reasonably be seen at survey.

Extra work

If work is needed that falls outside the written quote, we will explain it and agree the extra cost with you before it is carried out.

Cancellation rights

If you agree work at your home, you have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We will give you the required notice and form when a contract is agreed.
